Funding the release of information in the public interest. A token-powered bounty system that lets the crowd decide what truths are worth paying for.
The first cycle is for building the board. Submit proposals, vote with $DEEPTHROAT, and grow the pool. Bounties go live at the end of Cycle 1.
Operation DEEPTHROAT runs on a simple cycle. The token funds the bounties. The crowd decides the targets. The internet verifies the results.
Anyone submits a target — documents, footage, internal records, anything in the public interest. Each proposal is assigned its own Solana vote wallet.
The proposal sits on the board for a 2-week voting cycle. During this time, holders send $DEEPTHROAT to its wallet to signal support. The more tokens, the higher it ranks.
Illegal or malicious proposals are vetoed. All $DEEPTHROAT in that vote wallet is swept to The Bounty Pool to fund legitimate targets. Vote accordingly.
When the cycle closes, the top proposals are swept into The Bounty Pool. A Pump.fun GO bounty is created with the accumulated tokens as the reward.
The bounty runs on Pump.fun GO. Anyone can submit proof — documents, video, data dumps. The creator sets a timeframe (7–30 days).
The submitter uploads proof. The internet validates it in public. If the information checks out, the bounty pays out. If fake, it's rejected — the pool stays for the real source.
If paid out, the proposal is marked as Fulfilled and enters the Hall of Fame. The information is now public. The mission continues.
If the timer runs out or all submissions are rejected, the bounty funds return to The Bounty Pool. The proposal goes back to the board for another 2-week voting cycle.
Below are example proposals — real community submissions will appear here once Cycle 1 begins. Vote with $DEEPTHROAT by sending it to the proposal's wallet address. The dev reserves veto power over proposals deemed illegal or malicious — all tokens in the associated vote wallet are swept to The Bounty Pool. The cycle resets every two weeks.
The first proposals will be seeded by the founding team. Suggestions from the community open once the platform launches.
Funded by the community, posted on Pump.fun GO. Submit proof to claim the reward.
The first two weeks are for building the proposal board and accumulating The Bounty Pool. When Cycle 1 closes, the top vote-getters become live bounties on Pump.fun GO.
The Bounty Pool. The vote. The reward. $DEEPTHROAT is both the medium of exchange and the coordination mechanism.
The token is not the product. The truth is.
Every memecoin asks you to buy so they can get rich. $DEEPTHROAT asks you to buy so we can afford the truth.
The mechanism is simple: a token that doubles as a crowdfunded bounty pool. The community proposes what information should be brought to light. They vote by putting their tokens behind the proposals they believe in. The top vote-getters become real bounties on Pump.fun GO — funded by the pool, paid to whoever delivers.
The internet is the validator. Fake submissions get torn apart in public. Real ones get verified, rewarded, and disseminated. The crowd funds what the crowd wants to know.
This is not a business. This is a coordination experiment. The token has no promise of returns. The only promise is that if you put money in the pool, the pool funds the release of information — and if the information is real, it enters the public domain.
Whistleblowers are a protected class. Freedom of speech and freedom of the press do not require a license. Every American is a journalist. This platform is a tool for exercising those rights transparently and in public.
Pump.fun can shut it down. They can freeze the bounties. They can ban the wallet. But you cannot kill a good idea. The mechanism is public. The code is reproducible. The pattern will outlive any single platform.
Nobody enjoys having democracy rammed down their throats — but if you have to have democracy dangled in front of your face, you might as well $DEEPTHROAT it.
